System Requirements

Irrespective of whether you are using Enterprise or Desktop versions, all you need is:

Server-side

Hardware

  • Any reasonable x86 architecture, preferably not more than three years old!
  • A minimum of 512 MB of RAM (1Gb+ recommended) over and above your operating system requirements
  • Hard disk space – This is dependent upon volume of use, as a minimum we would recommend at least 50GB but would recommend something significantly larger
System Requirements

Note: The Enterprise host will also require a network interface card (NIC)!

Operating systems currently supported (including 32bit & 64bit OS’s).

  • Windows – XP or later
  • Linux – Most distro’s
  • Mac OS X – Leopard or later
  • UNIX – Solaris only

Client-side

  • Any operating system
  • Any web browser (preferably, one that is reasonably up to date).
  • A network interface card (NIC) and /or Internet connection, depending on connectivity
    i.e. Intranet or WAN
